It fits more like Medium or Slim-fit Large it is 21" across and 31" from neck to bottom Very nice and rare shirt, I have never seen one like it in person or even online. It may have been some sort of promotional item. Absolutley brand new in the bag, has not tags, which is what leading me to believe that it is some kind of custom.
