Cybis Porcelain Fantasia Collection UNICORN Sculpture Limited Edition #58/500

Description: If you are a Cybis collector, then this one is for you. I have been collecting Cybis for a very long time and now at 76 I am preparing to downsize my large home so many of my prize collectible are going to be available to find a new home. This is a beauty. I've had it so long I am unsure exactly the series but it is the Unicorn and I believe from the Fantasia collection. You should be able to tell by the picture. This is what I could find out about it. The modern studio’s first depiction of this magical beast was named simply Unicorn and is 15” tall. Introduced in 1969 as a limited edition of 500 priced at $1250, it sold out completely by 1974 at a final retail price of $1450. It was designed by Lynn Klockner Brown. It is number 58 of 500 produced as a limited edition, completely sold out of course. I am a seasoned veteran 20 year highly rated EBAY seller and I honestly do not know what this should or will sell for which is surprising for me. But I can't find data out there on previous sales. I just know it is a wonderful piece and any collector should be glad to obtain it. Now, I do ship worldwide and have lots of experience doing so and we used Fedex exclusively for international shipments. Domestically, we will use either Fedex Ground or UPS depending on where you are and what we feel will be the safest mode of transportation. I will entertain offers, however, probably not until later in the auction as I want to see what the interest is. It is will be more than sufficiently packaged, in a 20" cubed outer box. With lots of inner packing. I also have a very rare Golden Eagle by Cybis that I will be listing, and have not found literally any data on this particular version.
