These were not sold in stores and only handed out at a few gaming events to promote the game. These visor hats were from the Cyberpunk 2077 Cosplay Party hosted by IGN that took place on August 30, 2019 at the Crocodile Cafe in Seattle Washington held during the PAX West 2019 gaming convention. All are brand new, never worn, adjustable featuring the Cyberpunk 2077 game logo/title on the front. I have provided three images of what one of them looks like with this listing.
