At that time the Safety and Meter-Service Switches were manufactured at Bantam Connecticut. Purpose stated for this guide was to make it easier for the architect and engineer to specify the proper switch equipment; easier for the wholesaler to stock the items necessary; simpler for the contractor and consumer to select the one best switch for a given job. They had a different way of sales 95 years ago. Catalog is complete with Construction notes, Code words, Cross Index, Catalog numbers, Full Pictures and drawings, test results, case dimensions and knockout sizes for all the switches available during that period. Also given is a section on their Across the Line motor starters. Meter Service switches with options. Everything their plant produced. A 95 year old “Hard Copy” of one of a company’s product lines.
