Gildan Ultra pocket tees are 100% pre-shrunk cotton with a left-chest pocket. Because we don't recommend printing directly on the pocket, you can print a right-chest logo or print only on the back or print both right-chest and back - just select the correct combination from the pull-down menu when ordering. ARTWORK: We can accept files of the following types: EPS, AI, PNG, SVG, JPG, PSD or PDF. If you want artwork to not print on a white background, supply a file that's transparent - JPEGs can't carry transparency. You can attach your artwork to a message to us, send us an e-mail (we would provide an address for this purpose after you place an order), or provide a link for us to use to download your artwork. You won't be able to send very large files and certain formats, like PDF, AI or EPS, via eBay messages. LETTERING: We can also do basic typesetting of word logos, like "PETE'S PIZZA" or "MILLIE'S MILLWORK LLC" if you don't have other artwork. We do custom design too but that's not included in the printing price here. PROOFS: We will provide you a mock-up to give you an idea of placement and approximate appearance which you'll be able to approve or modify. Please keep in mind that we can't reproduce logos that aren't yours unless you have written permission from the organization that owns the logo. If it's your company or organization's logo, then you grant us permission to use your logo to make the shirts and proofs. Pocket tees are in short supply compared to tees without pockets. HOURS & SHIPPING: We are open Monday through Friday except holidays, 8 AM to 4 PM Central Time. We usually take a day to get to your proof, then 3-4 days to get your order into our schedule to print. Shipping is by First Class USPS, which is typically 1-2 days within Texas, 2-4 days to NM, AZ, CO, OK, IN, AL, LA and western TN. The rest of the country can be up to 7 days if you're in Maine or Washington, for instance, or in a rural location. If your order weighs more than a pound, like three shirts would, it will automatically go out as Priority Mail. Anything over 2 pounds may go via UPS. Keep in mind that the holiday season slows down all shipping, so the mail or UPS may take longer than the rest of the year. RETURNS: We don't accept returns for anything that's custom printed BUT if we make a mistake, we will replace your product.
