Description: Holster is made to your request when ordered- smile or send it back- liability limited to purchase price- Pictures are examples of past holsters- your holster will be made after you have contacted me either by leaving order details- or through message- please ask any questions. Each holster is made out of Grade A full grain veg tan leather in a 6 to 7 ounce weight. There is a particular order in the making process- I have to have all the stamping and tooling done before I dye - here is a list in order of what each holster goes through. 1. Pattern cut out of the leather and edges sanded and burnished for the first time. 2. leather cased - tooled- stamped. 3. holster dyed for the first time. 4. holster formed over gun to insure correct fit- then leather cemented using barge leather cement. 5. Holster is sewn on a Cobra class 4 leather machine using #277 bonded nylon thread " thread is very strong and abrasion resistant" 6. leather cased once more- edges sanded to a fine finish then burnished . Dyed for the second time. 7. Top coated with high gloss acrylic to add water resistance and a nice shine. 8. Final step is holsters is treated with Bick 4 leather conditioner. Bick 4 is great stuff, it replenishes the leather " casing and dying can dry leather out" and leaves it with a real nice feel. Things you will need to tell me. 1. what length barrel do you want the holster to accommodate. 2. What color you would like it in. USMC Black, Cordovan, Brown, Tan, Red, Pink, Chocolate. beige. "my personal favorite is the Brown, or Cordovan, or Tan, or Chocolate" The black turns out nice but is a pain to work with- The Brown, Cordovan, Chocolate are all real nice deep dark colors- the Tan is a little lighter but it is not a light tan. The beige is nice- lighter color and has a hint of orange to me. 3. What you would like stamped on it- you could say something like "put my initials on the ammo pouch and do a Native American theme" and just leave it to me- or you can tell me step by step exactly were you want what. There will be pictures of the stamps at the bottom of this description. The stamps are numbered for easy communication. Click on the stamps and they get larger for better viewing. 4. If you would like an extra piece of leather added for an imprint block- let me know which side you want it on. Extra leather is $5 more - If you want snaps or belt loops / clips added there will be additional cost based on my material cost. I will contact you and let you know how much and send you a pay pal invoice for it. Turn around time on these holster should be rather fast for a custom- Usually next day, but communication can slow things down- I need to know what you want before I can get it done. I like to keep everything caught up. I have done over a thousand holsters- read my feedback- at this price I am working for smiles. My promise to you is simple- if it doesn't make you smile send it back- I will do it again or simply refund your money.
