Description: Separate harness to connect passive entry door handle to the main door connector. Use this instead of replacing the entire door harness which is quite a bit more work than just adding this custom harness. Comes with the OEM plug-n-play connector for the door handle on one end and the female socket terminals for the main door connector on the other end. Loosen the screw for the door handle cap, remove the cap, slide the door handle and remove. Insert connector from harness into passive entry compatible door handle, slide into place and attach passive entry compatible door handle cap. Tight cap retaining screw. Lift the door plug locking bar and insert the attached socket terminals into positions 15 (GN/GY wire) & 16 (GN/YE wire) and set the locking bar. Your done. Add passive entry into the BCM using J-Scan, AlfaOBD or similar. We can leave the main door connector socket terminals uncrimped from the harness for wire routing purposes if you like. They will still be included, just not installed. Harness does one front door.
