The set weighs over a pound - quite sturdy. The copper finish is worn off in some areas and the set needs to be polished. They are either vintage or antique. The unique bird shape and bird head/neck handles are an interesting feature. There is wear, with some dents as shown, but because they are so sturdy, I wonder if the dents occurred during manufacturing. The cream and sugar sit flatly without tipping.
