It looks like it may have been used for just a few minutes and then boxed up and returned to place of purchase. The battery was fully charged, and connected and this appeared to work as it should. The battery is the 5.0 AH for longer run time. Please know that you can purchase this with confidence that this is as described and will work as new. This comes with all items shown in photo's. This has been visually checked and/or tested. All the items that we sell are visually inspected. However not all items are tested.
