It was still in its unopened box when I took the pictures and opened it up so you can see the condition and all the paperwork that is in the box with the vise. It is an undermount with a DOG that slides up for clamping long pieces. I opened it up and the jaws opened to 12". Please look at all the photos as they are representative of the condition of this item. As you can see from the photos it does have surface rust on some of it. This vise reminds me of my junior high school woodshop days!
