Description: A rare, antique Haas & Czjzek of Schlaggenwald of (what was) Czechoslovakia covered butter dish, decorated with Dresden flowers and insects. The butter is just under 8 inches diameter and is approximately 4.75 inches tall. The dish is in very good condition with just some gold wear and with a tiny fleabite under the finial and another tiny fleabite to the foot (the tip of the pen is pointing to these). The plain white insert has a different mark and you can feel some tiny roughness on the bottom of it. There are some typical minor manufacturing flaws (specks in the glaze etc).
