She also served on the Panel of Experts for the first exam offered by the International Board of Lactation Consultant Examiners. Judi served in several capacities in ILCA over 30 years and retired in 2020 after 12 years with LEAARC as Executive Director and Accreditation Manager. Anna Swisher, MBA, IBCLC, has maintained a private lactation consulting practice, Abundant Blessings, since 2002.
