Velcro closure at back of neck. EZ on and off. Polka dot tie embellishment is attached to vest. Pant: Elastic at waist. EZ on and off. 23 1/2" inseam...(long: can be rolled up or pinned up if you find them too long). Washable as well. The last photo is this actual costume being worn by the owner! :) This hat is not included in this costume...his brother used it for another purpose and it was, unfortunately, not returned.
