It has been detailed to current NCRS Judging standards: no paint on machined surfaces, magnet attractive bleeders, etc. The top cap is the best reproduction available. We order the units with no paint on the machined surfaces, to look just like was done at GM; so therefore, these areas ("DC" pad and line outlet pads) do not have paint on them, and the bleeders are zinc plated steel-a magnet will stick.
