We were advised that they were tested and fully functional. We have sold many of the items from that purchase without incident. However, we had 2 motherboards come back and say they were non-functional. We are now uncertain on the remaining products. Unfortunately, we don't have the equipment necessary to test them. So we are selling them at a discount completely AS IS with NO RETURNS. It might be functional or not. We have no way to tell other than inspecting for physical damage.
