This copy of a factory original owners manual is in good enough condition. The cover is the same paper as the rest of the booklet. It is well stapled together, nothing loose or torn, and it appears to be complete, no interruptions to page sequences. There are also handwritten page numbers at the top of each page, likely there to ease reassembly of the booklet. The corners are a bit curled. A few notes on the front, and a couple of tiny dots in the weight and balance envelope are the only writing. There is a touch of rust to the staples. That's about it. See the photos. A handy copy to have around. This one is just perfect for your toolbox, a handy bit of reading material when "indisposed" in the water closet, or better yet, this is the one you loan your flying buddy who keeps borrowing your good one and not returning it.
