Description: Hi, everyone! Up for sale is this excellent condition CopperSound Pedals Loma Prieta gritty harmonic tremolo effects pedal for guitar or bass. It was a customer return; the customer apparently plugged in a center-positive power supply and blew up some components inside. I shipped the pedal back to the good people at CopperSound Pedals and paid them to replace the entire guts of the pedal. Thus, it is a brand new pedal but with just a few light scratches on the bottom (that probably could be buffed out by someone who has a buffer/polisher). I'm selling it as "used" due to the scratches (see photos). Check out the various YouTube videos and the mfg. sound samples for an idea of what this pedal sounds like. It's pretty amazing and very different from nearly all other tremolo pedals on the market. https://coppersoundpedals.com/product/lomaprieta/ Note that this pedal requires a clean regulated power supply, as any noise coming from the power supply will end up in the output signal. Such noise won't damage the pedal; it's just distracting if present in the output due to the grit feature overdriving any noise and the tremolo repeating the result. I use an Ernie Ball Volt power supply for this pedal and it works extremely well. Plug in the DC plug into the pedal first, then plug the AC plug into the wall socket to avoid the pop that happens if done in the other order. I added four clear 3M silicone feet to the bottom. Add this unique effect to your pedal board for some extremely lush tremolo with a little bite.
