Description: Magnificent large teapot and stand by Copeland & Garrett in Felspar Porcelain. Rococo style, pattern number 5673 - off white ground with exotic birds, butterflies and plants. Embellished with gilt. Green Copeland & Garrett Felspar marks to teapot, lid and stand. Dates to 1836. Approximate size: Teapot - 7½" tall, 11½" from spout to handle; Stand - 7" diameter. Condition: In good antique condition. Firing crack to underside of stand, and to base of teapot. Hairline to body of teapot, previously glued to stabilise. Metal wire repair to handle of teapot.
