It is an inflatable shoulder pad with separate shoulder pads that have velcro to attach. They are made by Alvimar Genesis for COORS LIGHT and OREGON DUCKS. This is a thick material, not cheap and thin. They are for hanging up or put on display on a counter. They are new and fantastic for the Ducks fan or the Coors Light Beer drinker!
