Description: Convaid Cruiser CX-12 Stroller Special Needs Transit . Does not include the head rest but it has all the attachment points and extending rods on both sides for supporting a head rest. Could be made out of a similar piece of fabric or maybe sourced from the manufacturer for $80 or less I would guess. May not be needed at all but this chair does not include the piece that is used as a head rest. See photos, everything else is included, good condition , some signs of use but not heavily used or damaged.
