This book bears the bookplate of Ritter Library, built in 1960, in recent years "renovated" (including having its original mid-century modern typographical signage destroyed and replaced), and in 2024 an effort was made to remove a great deal of its books. The books were first offered to students for "creative" scrapbooking, and what was left was disposed of, to be sent to a book pulper.
