Description: Contemporary Southeast Asian Arts and Crafts by Thelma R. Newman 1977 1st Ed NM Funky Christmas / Everyday Funky These books etc. come from my father-in-law's estate. We have an entire weaving and yarn shop inventory to sell that was filled to the brim. This book was found in a locked glass bookcase in my father-in-law's yarn shop. This book is in NEAR MINT condition. There is no dust jacket. Actual front and back boards have very minimal damage. No marks or highlighting in text except for a note on where bought in very light pencil on the front inside page. Pages are crisp, clean and unmarked. Cover lies flat. Some color photographs. Illustrated, collectible, 1st edition. This book is NEAR MINT and looks NEW and UNUSED. All we see wrong is 2 tiny notches at the bottom front cover and start of a tear at the top of the spine. Also two small tears at the side of the back cover. That's it. The reason we think this is new is because there are no divides in the edges. No evidence of being propped open. KWIM? Also, the book has a small wave at the bottom of the book but there is NO evidence that it has ever been wet. Possible production issue? PLEASE NOTE: Because eBay is composed of soulless, bloodsucking monsters, and because it is forcing us to use an ISBN number for a book that DOES NOT have an ISBN number, and even when it DOES have an ISBN, still won’t let us use it, so we use one of a random book. Our book is pre-ISBN numbers. The Library of Congress number is not listed in this book. The LOC does not hyphenate when you put the number in to verify. Fake ISBN number is 9781014236289. Correct ISBN number is 0517527308. Sorry! Note: Right now, we are pricing things to MOVE, just to get them out of the house, so we can move more bulky items in their place. We are running out of room. Please consider searching golem451, in the upper right corner of this page, to see what other items we have that are priced to move, and to see if you might want to buy something to add to your collection while saving $$$ on shipping. Many vintage children's books or coloring books already listed! Thank you for your consideration. Shipping – All books are shipped on Mondays, Wednesdays and Friday on the first day possible after payment is received around 8 to 9 AM. They are shipped by Media Mail in heavy brown paper, similar to a grocery paper bag. All wrapping and shipping materials are recycled from the cardboard to bubble wrap to 50 year old envelopes. Our packages are ugly, but are very carefully wrapped to arrive safely. We always refund shipping credit if you buy multiple items. Free local pick up. We refund your shipping charges! Why Funky Christmas? Because if you need something special, we probably have it, from yarn and weaving, to paintings and numbered prints, to cute tchotchkes, we probably have it in this estate. Most would be excellent gifts during the holiday season. We also have hundreds of antique and vintage art books about indigenous cultures, vintage coloring books, silversmithing, embroidery, weaving, and photography, Great Masters, and so many other art subjects that we can’t list them all here. With the Holidays coming, if you want something unique and special for that someone special, please email us and we will send you a list of any subject that you want to look through. If you or your weaver-friends are local to Ann Arbor, or the Detroit area, please contact us if you need shelving or any business display cases. We also have tons of office supplies like envelopes, receipts, paperclips and more rulers than we know what to do with. If it’s an office supply, we probably have it. Please help us recycle his lovingly cared for curios in an environmentally friendly manner. Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE
