Description: I have here for sale a book entitled THE COMPLETE WORKS OF WILLIAM SHAKESPEARE. This new illustrated edition contains 15 studies by Debenham of some of the leading modern actors. Illustrated through the book with b/w full page photographs. Thought to have been published around 1950's by THE LITERARY PRESS, London. Bound in full leather boards. Gilt title lettering on the spine. Gilt shield on the front board. Gilt fore-edges. Top spine a little bumped. A couple of marks on the back board - see photos. Front board pulling old sellotape marks on the inside of the board. Ink mark on the front fore-edges.This book is in good condition, pages are generally clean, it is tightly bound with no loose or missing pages 1312pp 19cm x 15cm. Postage and packing : I know that you will be looking forward to receiving your order, each book is carefully wrapped in packing paper ( I have changed from bubble wrap to try and reduce my use of plastic) and posted in a Jiffy bag if size permitting, if not it is double wrapped in corrugated cardboard, brown paper and then securely taped. To keep the cost of the postage down to the most economical level per book, you may consider buying more than 1 item from my eBay account.
