Just send us a photo of the defective part, and you can return the product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Ask any questions prior to purchasing, as we do our best to list part numbers and compatibilities, but it is ultimately the buyers responsibility to do their due diligence and ask ANY questions before ordering. MAYI Diesel, INC must be notified by the customer before filing a warranty claim. All claims must be submitted in writing and MAYI Diesel reserves the right to examine all elements involved in the claim. This warranty is extended exclusively to direct customers of MAYI Diesel and not to any other party. All other warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability and/or fitness for a particular purpose are excluded. This warranty will not apply to any MAYI Diesel part altered from its original specifications or which has been misused, exposed to deteriorating conditions, negligence or accidental damage. MAYI Diesel will not accept returned products without prior written authorization from MAYI Diesel. All return requests must be submitted in advance for approval.
