Description: The protein bar mix is extruded by anothr machine onto the belt. The belt has a fixed speed which is setable and the blade chops the bars at a fixt frequency. Thus if the bar is traveling at 5 cms a second and the gilotine comes down every 2 seconds the bar will be 10 cms long.Could also be used with a roll of cookie dough to chop slices of the dough.
