As I am not a professional grader, I'm wary to assign either a number or an adjective to describe the condition, I'd rather let the clear detailed photos do the talking. I am the original owner, I bought these new at a comics shop in 1983 and have had them in my comics archive ever since. They have been read precisely twice, carefully. Photos of the interior are representative of the rest of the book; assume all other pages are in similar condition to the pictured pages. There are no significant stains, marks, creases, tears, or missing material beyond what you see in the included photos. Please examine the photos carefully. Comics are sent in sturdy cardboard, bagged and boarded (doubled up; that's how I've stored my comics since the 1970s). --- Starting bids are always my break-even price.
