Julien's description: A white and navy blue striped blouse and skirt with pleats, ruffles, and floral pattern by "Diane Tres (sp)," with a photograph of Phyllis Diller wearing the ensemble on a "Sovereign of the Seas" cruise in July 1990, accompanied by a matching scarf. Included is the original vintage photograph from the auction. The photo shows Diller along with her longtime partner Robert P. Hastings on a "Sovereign of the Seas" cruise in July 1990.
