It is not an actual glossy photo or studio-issued snapshot, and I have no idea of its origin. It came in an estate lot I purchased from the son of an extraordinary older gentleman who collected Hollywood memorabilia. I am only making it available to other fans who may find it of interest or want to frame it, use it in a collage, put it on their fridge, etc. The picture shown is the actual picture, though a company logo has been water-marked on it to prevent image theft (it doesnt come like that, of course). The approximate measurement represents the actual dimension of the exposed image, though there may be a caption, text or a short border surrounding it in some cases. This picture features scenes from Come Back, Charleston Blue, a 1972 film starring Godfrey Cambridge and Raymond St. Jacques, loosely based on Chester Himes' novel The Heat's On. It is a sequel to the 1970 film Cotton Comes to Harlem and follows the characters Coffin Ed Johnson and Gravedigger Jones, who are trying to solve a string of strange murders in Harlem. It stars Cambridge, St. Jacques, Peter De Anda, Percy Rodrigues, Jonelle Allen, Maxwell Glanville, Minnie Gentry and Dick Sabol.
