The letter is dated February 1, 1985 and the appraisal value given was $20. The letter says the title of the artwork was Row, Row, Row Your Boat.... I've included in the listing an image of the final magazine cover but that is not included in this sale (it is from ISFDB.org). Condition: Proof - Near fine, brown tape residue on the back, otherwise like new. Letter - near fine, a little creasing of corners, otherwise like new.
