If we are selling items that are purposely distressed, we will note that in the description. Items are measured in a "relaxed" state. That is, ribbed or stretch items are not stretched. The chest measurement is taken at the bottom of the arm opening. Sleeves are also measured from the bottom of the arm opening to the end.
