This fits a bit more like a medium than a large, so please look at the following measurements: flat on the bed, shoulder=14.5", armpit=17.5", back tag to hem=27". The sleeves go nearly to the elbow, but if you have heavy upper arms, this is not the shirt for you. The bottom hem of the sleeve, again, flat on the bed is 5.5", so about 11" around. This is a great shirt, that I wish still fit me!
