I am a collector of rare books and first editions.Sometimes in order to get the items I want I need to purchase an entire collection. Often this collection includes hundreds of books that don't interest me. Other book collectors have been known to throw out hundreds of books to geta particular book they want. I am an author and it breaks my heart to ever throw out a book. Unfortunately the time it would take to list books on ebay or other book sites would be enormous.In order to not throw away books I came up with an idea. That is to put together groups of books, like cookbooks, mystery books, fiction etc etc. I found one category of books were of great interest. That is coffee table books. Seems folks like to have three or four (or more) books on a coffee table. I'm not sure if they find it nice to thumb thru or they just like to impress their friends. Whatever the reason here is a great deal! Tell me the kind of books you like. I cant promise but I will try to send you that kind of book if possible. What I can promise is high quality large coffee table books in perfect condition. The average coffee table book weighs at least two pounds. Many weigh three pounds or more! The first two pounds media mail costs 3.82 plus around another 50c charges from bank, ebay etc. lets call it at least $4.00. Additional pounds are only around 60c. or another $1.20 for two pounds. Therefore three books weigh 6 or 8 pounds. The average postage charge is at least around $8. Im offering these in lots of three coffee table books. I'm charging 8.00 postage (plus $3.00 for the three books at $1.00 each). If when your package comes for this lot postage is less than what you sent ...I'll refund the difference. If postage is more I'll pay it.
