Description: LED does not fully light up on the 2nd digit (see pics Showed ch 9 and 40) CB Radio was power tested only, we did not have antennas to test if the mic transmission worked but the CB did recognize other radios if they transmitted on the channel but I think without having the antenna the signal was to weak to pick up sound. Purchase includes Cobra 29 LTD Classic 40ch CB Mobile - Power Tested Only - as shown only. The CB Radio does have some scuffs and other signs of use. No Mic or other accessories are included unless shown in the photos.
