Decorative zipper pull is missing. You can add one yourself or just use as is. Zipper works perfectly; just no long zipper pull; tea rose charm that went on zipper pull is attached to bag charm (see pic of side of bag). Bag charm and small tea rose charm included. This is a pre-owned item and may have fading or discoloration, marks or stains, scratches, wrinkling, wear on straps, corners, trim and texture. If this is an issue, buyers should purchase items brand new. 10.75" wide; 12" tall; 6.5" deep but of course can be expanded with your treasures. Handle drop: 16" max.
