Description: These vacuum pods are top of the line for clamping small or huge material on CNC tables. After placing them they can adjust 360 degrees on the plate they are mounted to (see attached video). Also the roller (on top center) and the super slick HDPE top help align even the heaviest work piece before retracting automatically as vacuum is applied to work piece. The top can have two vacuum sealing top seals, an orange permanent seal is a heavy duty silicon seal made for years of service. The other seal is a black perimeter seal that is removable (see pics). Bottom plate is made for grid type tables but the pods can be modified for flat tables. These pods can turn almost any CNC nesting table into a point to point or template CNC system. These pods are best used with grid type vacuum tables. However, they can be modified for none grid tables by drilling and tapping a vacuum line into either bottom plate or pod or attaching the included plate or the pod directly to table. Thick aluminum bottom plate has a thick and tall rubber seal that can be removed or reattached with silicon so plate can sit flat on any surface; but, the plate is made to pass vacuum into pod via a grid type table. So, if you use it sitting flat you'll need to drill and tap a vacuum source into pod and plug existing holes on the bottom of pod/plate. Endless possibilities!
