It has a recycled glass "bumpy" texture and the clear glass has the slightly blue tint of recycle glass. It is about 3.5 inches in diameter and 0.75 inches thick. It is in EXCELLENT CONDITION! There are no chips, cracks, bruises or discoloration. There are a few superficial scratches on the surface, but they do not detract from the over look.
