Description: In excellent condition, this Jose Ramirez 4e Classical Guitar was built in Madrid in 2000. The Ramirez 4e, top of the Ramirez e-line, was made by hand with solid materials and features. The hand-inlaid woodwork and rosette detailing adds to the beauty of this guitar. The top is solid Canadian Red Cedar with back and sides of solid East Indian Rosewood. The neck is Spanish Cedar, which is very lightweight, extremely strong, and resists string tension very well. The heavy Ebony reinforcement in the center of the neck gives this guitar a warp-free strength. The Fustero tuners are typical Ramirez quality and provide a solid feeling. This guitar has a bone saddle in a solid East Indian Rosewood bridge and a bone nut. Made by one of the most prestigious luthiers in the world, the Ramirez 4e guitar has great response, volume, and tone. It has typical Segovia-like sound with deep bass and clear, high treble note production. Intonation is lovely and there is no concern with string buzzing. The condition and finish are close to perfect. All of this makes for an excellent intermediate or advanced guitar player's prized instrument.This guitar comes with strap buttons installed by a professional luthier, a newer Jose Ramirez locking hard-shell case (also in excellent condition and includes a key), a Thalia capo, an electronic tuner, a strap, and extra strings.
