Description: Offered for your bidding is a rare Crosman 101 air rifle. This air gun is chambered for .22 caliber pellets. Pneumatic (multi) pump charges gun by forearm underlever. Rifle function is very good to excellent, 5-6 pumps sufficient for target shooting, 8 for small varmints. Metal components show paint loss, small water stain on real hard wood (maple?) stock. Adjustable rear sight. Gun dates to pre 1949 (but likely post WWII), curved ‘pellet’ logo on receiver, 5 groove cocking knob, brass barrel over steel tube. (Last image is from 1949 Edition of "The Shooter's Bible", Stoeger Arms Catalog.) This rifle in is original, used condition, and is for the discerning collector.
