[...]You will also need to check out the Compilation "On the Cover: 25 years of madness" which has many more highlight tracks which do not feature on this set including the La Grange-ish(ZZ Top) "I want you" which doesnt feature on highlights. On the Cover also has absolutely brilliant versions of "House is rocking" (Stevie Ray Vaughan) and "In my Chair" (Status Quo) for starters.There are also great versions of "Wind cries Mary" "Give me all your loving" "Bad moon rising" "Its alright babys coming back" " Aint no mountain high enough" etc etc (30 Tracks in total).Refer also to the other Sky High album "Bluester" I have also reviewed on Amazon, and for as close as you can get to Jimi Hendrix, check out Clas Yngstroms "Tribute to Hendrix" recorded in 2005. Forget about all these wannabe young Blues Rock whizzkids, Clas Yngstrom is the real deal whether he plays Blues,Rock,Metal or Jazz. He might not be a pretty sight to look at, but when you hear the music, I guarantee your jaws will drop in total amazement. I honestly cannot think of a better Blues Rock performer of his calibre around at the moment. Miss him at your peril.
