Aspherical Lens, Hood, Near Mint A spectacular super fast classic Canon portrait lens suitable for film, digital with adapter or cinevise / rehousing. CLA'd (partial overhaul) by a paid technician (2023) and Sony A7RII 43 mpix. wide open tested (2023).Excellent chassis and mechanical condition. Lens has very representative look. Feels as new at first glance. Scope of delivery as on photos.The mechanical condition of both pieces is very good, helicoids are medium smooth, do not jump anywhere, do not feel dry. Apertures are functional, not oily, not rusty.Optics free from haze, fog, fungus, dust particles, minimum to zero hairlines. There is a very small smidge on front lens element outside center. See details as on my photos & videos; I would actually upload more but reaching both eBay quantity and size limits. There is also one tiny hairline on the front, hardly visible from any photo; no impact.There was a rehouser to evaluate the item once armed with a strong torch light and he came to conclusion the frontal coating smidge is essentially the only issue they discovered (matter of representation and aesthetics only as possible issue for rental clients who ultimately damage rented lenses anyway, not a matter the actual performance).Therefore please go examine thru lamp collages of photos prior to purchase and manage your expectations.
