Returns Terms & Conditions If you need to return an item, please open the return, and select the reason "I changed my mind". Once that is done a return label will be issued. All parts are covered by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If any part supplied by T-Met Ltd proves to be faulty during this period, it may be returned for an exchange. If no exchange is available within 48 hours a refund will be issued. Any part(s) correctly supplied by T-Met Ltd and returned after 14 days is subject to a 20% handling charge. All goods should be inspected upon delivery before signing to ensure that the item has not been damaged during transit. If goods prove to be damaged, please do not sign for the delivery & contact T-Met Ltd within 1 working day to ensure that, if necessary, a claim can be made against the courier company. All items purchased before 12pm will be shipped the same day (excluding weekends). All orders placed at the weekend will be processed Monday morning. Smaller items will be shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class, larger items will be shipped via 48-hour courier service.
