The mirror comes with an adhesive strip on the back. You need to peel off the brown paper liner on the back of the mirror and expose the adhesive. Make sure the surface is clean and free from any dirt or other materials and make sure you have the mirror positioned correctly before setting it in place. The adhesive is very sticky. Then you can peel the blue protective film off the front surface of the mirror.
