So, for all of you who do not have this rack, and for those who failed to read the directions at all. it is called an adapter rack that should be placed over the burner grate (never remove your grate). Seeing as this is not really an improvement but a necessity of sorts (as the variety of design of grates necessitate an "adapter" many times, more than less often.
