McClure Dated 1990-1992 Lot of (4) porcelain dolls from the Cindy's Playhouse Pals collection. A fun collection for anyone to own. All hand painted and hand crafted costuming with original poetry by artist.(1) "Meagan" - First issue in collection - COA #6886T - 12" high (seated), complete with doll seat stand, picture book, pink & white stripe voile dress and heart shaped bodice trimmed with lace, removable shoes/socks.(2) "Shelly" - Second issue in collection - COA #3254A - 12-1/2" high (kneeling), complete with costumed toy bunny and felt carrot, lavender & white jumpsuit with plaid and polka-dot print and a lace accented bodice. *note Shelly has a stain on her pants...we have not tried to remove it...(3) "Ryan" - Third issue in collection - COA #8918A - 16-1/2" high (standing), complete with paint can, brush and sign, hand-tailored overalls with striped knit shirt, rolled pant cuffs lined to match his shirt, striped knit socks and saddle shoes. (4) "Samantha" - Forth and last issue in collection - COA #5278D - 16-1/2" high (standing), complete with wooden baseball bat & stand, dressed in a two-piece mint green and peach warm up play clothes with knit cuffs and ribbed details, matching visor and leatherlike hightops complete the look. As far as we know all accessories are included with each doll. Original boxes & outer Ashton-Drake boxes are included - which adds some weight to total lot. COA's and all original documentation, including pamphlets are included. Dolls COA's and paperwork were signed by artist Cindy McClure a few years after purchases. (see photos) Anita's Dolls Shop Anita's granddaughters inherited her extensive modern doll collection when she passed away in early 2016. We are offering a large portion of her dolls for sale in hopes they will bring joy to the next generation of doll lovers. Anita began collecting modern dolls in 1985, and each new purchase brought her a tremendous amount of joy. Most all of the dolls have all original packaging and paperwork. Anita saved everything including pamphlets and original receipts. We tried to keep everything just as she had it.
