Description: This listing is for an antique Sterling Silver Souvenir Spoon from the Cincinnati Art Museum in Ohio. Pictured in the bowl is an engraving of the Art Museum. On the handle is a leaf from a buckeye tree plus some wheat bundles and the sun rising between 2 mountains. The handle also says "OHIO". The back of the handle has an eagle along with some flowers. Under the eagle it reads "UNITED STATES SEAL". This measures 5 1/8" in length. It is marked "STERLING 925/1000" and with the hallmark for Fessenden & Company which is listed as having been in business from around 1862-1922 although souvenir spoons were most popular in the late 1890s and early 1900s.
