Compass Instrument Japan Panther Fixed Blade model #582 Knife, with Leather Sheath and Box, in Brand New Unused condition. This gorgeous knife was made in Japan. Overall, this knife measures approx. 9 1/4" long, with the blade measuring approx. 4 7/8" long. Markings on the blade are "C.I./ 582/ Japan", as well as "Panther". Although this knife is in absolutely mint unused condition, there are some blade edge marks and some minor defects on the brass pommel, probably due to poor manufacturing quality control. Also included is the original leather sheath, as well as the original cardboard box. See photos for all details.
