The shoes are marked 9 C but that would make it a US 10 to our understanding. The inside length (heel to toe) measures 10.5 inches and the outside sole measures 4 inches. The outside heel to toe measurement is 11.75 inches. Our measurement may not be exact but they are very close. It is my belief that these shoes are more a size 9/9.5 narrow. Please check measurement of your own feet and check with Church's shoes if you need to get a more definitive answer. We are selling these shoes at a good price because new they are over $1000.
