Description: The painting is extremely well done and it is framed under anti-glare glass. The colors are tremendous and it is signed on the front and the lower right hand corner and also stamped and signed on the back of the piece. There is a plaque on the frame as well that just says original by Chuck Oberstein. It’s difficult to tell the medium but I believe it is an Oil painting on board. It sits in a beautiful vintage frame that is in very good condition and the artwork is ready to hang. It measures approximately 22 1/2 x 27“, and the viewable image size is approximately 15x19”.
