Personally, I don't think this was used from what I can see. The plastic on the box is torn, but I don't think it's torn enough to get the suit out of the box without tearing more plastic. I thumbed through and I could see the belt on the bottom of the box as well as some paperwork. I did notice that the white fuzzy ball on the top of the hat was not on the hat (that was the only piece I could remove without tearing more plastic). I don't know if it is still in the box or not.
