It shows leakage above 1 KV and I don't recommend using it at high voltage. NOTE the Insulators are gone but wire leads show continuity and correct DCR. Unfortunately it will not fit in a Flat Rate Box. PLEASE CHECK ALL PHOTOS CAREFULLY.
